Visiting The Most Luxurious Nail Salon in the Gulf Coast

When my priorities are in check, the first place that generally comes to mind is to go get a manicure and pedicure. I admit, as big as I am on self care, after a long work day, the most self care that I'll do is wash the make up off my face. 

 I do get incredibly frustrated when I push back these relaxing moments . The moments that make me forget about the deadlines, big work projects, or any other important events happening in my life because it all just goes away during these self care moments. 

Going to the nail salon has changed dramatically over the last few years. Finding a real nice nail salon where they really care about your experience is becoming increasingly rare. That was until Alabama  Nail Co.

Arrival

When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t smell any acetone or harsh chemicals. It was so well ventilated. It was such a calming, well organized efficient space. The overall aesthetic is very modern and beautiul. If you like aesthetically pleasing and luxury in general , this salon is IT...and for half the price.

The entire staff was friendly, knowledgable, and very inviting to the clients that walked in. When giving my business, I always pay attention to a business's clientele. The clients were diverse, real women from all ethnic backgrounds. They ranged from youth to mature. 

I was offered a beverage upon arrival. I then watched a staff member reach inside a sleek , modern glass refrigerated door. She sweetly gave the customers a beverage of their choice as they sat down at their seated area.

It was such a peaceful , quiet laid back atmosphere. At the time of my visit, there weren’t any children present or loud pushy technicians. I could really enjoy just not being bothered- ha! 

I was so relieved that the elevated cushioned pedicure seats gave adequate spacing for me to relax. It gave pure luxury vibes. 

Services/Products

I love the value that Alabama Nail Co provide for their clients. They offer the latest trends from Foot Logic products available for purchase, Gel-X, Hard Gel Nail, nail art, gel polish manicures, bridal nail services, and private service space rentals. 

Membership

They offer online booking, a free mobile app. The membership services offers affordability for the every day working women. Money can be very tight —So, how do you take care of yourself when time is at a premium? How do you make sure that your time AND money is well spent? 

Alabama Nail Co offers a membership of $135 a month to receive gel manicures and pedicures. Yes , I can go in literally for a nail polish change at any time of the month and as many times. My membership covers it. There was a time I would spend that amount just during one visit. *inserts monkey covering eyes emoji.

My Service

I received the gel pedicure.  My entire experience was better than your standard status quo. Karlee, my sweet technician was so kind. I could tell that she really cared about the service that I was receiving. She even asked me about the pressure that she was applying during my foot and leg massage.  It was amazing.

I truly appreciated that she didn’t rush through my service. I honestly felt that she knew my feet needed the extra love and care. 

For my color choice, I opted for the glow in the dark white. Y’all, I know it sounds so weird. But to all of my white toe lady lovers, it literally looks exactly the same as regular white toes. Just at night, it looks even more dope during night pool parties. No seriously, I enjoy looking at them walking through the house at night. Don't knock it until you try it!

Final Review

This spa is WORTH it. 

 Alabama Nail Co. has done a wonderful job of finding the perfect balance between quality service and price, not to mention the convenience that I experienced with booking. The hot towel service, top quality products, exfoliating scrubs, the sanitized nail care that I received… just yes! 
 I wish this experience for every woman in the world.
