When I received the product
The product arrived so quickly! I made my teeth molds and sent them to Smile Brilliant in the provided envelope. I soon received my custom whitening tray a few days later!
Immediately, I began whitening my teeth every day. Within a few DAYS, my teeth were brightening! Let's just be honest, this made this red wine lover happy!
How to whiten
Brush your teeth with water, no tooth paste. Dry your teeth. Apply the desensitizing gel (This is optional but I would recommend using it on your first use) to the front facing of your teeth tray. Allow atleast 25 minutes before applying your whitening gel.
After 25 minutes are up, apply the whitening gel to your teeth tray. Smile Brilliant suggests that you allow 45 minutes before removing your tray. Avoid food/drinks at least a hour after whitening.
When to whiten
It's completely up to you. Although for most, many have said they found it best to whiten before bed. Me personally, I do it anytime during my leisure. I am obsessed with bubble baths. Every night, I run my bath water, pour a teaspoon of my Dr. Teal's Soothe & Sleep Epson salt and then I drop my bath bomb in.
As the tub fills up, (I usually already have my candles burning and music playing) I am applying my whitening gel to my trays. By the time the tub is filled, I'm done applying and have my teeth trays in. That's how easy and quick it is you guys!
